Eugene Young

If the 70-year legacy of the Marshall Plan, perhaps the most ambitious reconstruction effort in history, teaches us one thing, it is that there is no challenge that we cannot overcome though focused international cooperation. The United States is committed to promoting global prosperity by continuing to support and facilitate such cooperation with Austria and all of Europe.
