Naturally, the ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation) must also change, from a traditional broadcaster to a platform company. However, to do so it needs different framework conditions, for example in relation to streaming, the cloud, IP and the use of blockchain technologies. The ORF must be allowed to use all of these. We are not only a linear company – we must have the opportunity in this on-demand world to distribute our content both before and after its linear use, or entirely separately and only online.
